In 1992, Santiago Calatrava planted a serene forest in an urban jungle. A six-storey arcade unifies two skyscrapers, scores of shops, 11 historic buildings, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Louvres form the canopy and dapple ever-changing patterns onto the glade below.
