Its purpose is local legend; its designer unknown. Yet this exuberant fence has surpassed memory since 1867. Into Glaswegian moulds William Hamilton & Sons cast each rounded picket, rose emblem, and fleur-de-lis finial at the now forgotten St. Lawrence Foundry.
Crystal made in Sweden.
